We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
When requesting a return, you must either specify that you want a refund to return a product within 14 days of receiving your ordered product, but you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item. All returned purchased products must be returned (for a refund or exchange) in their entirety, including in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original CALI packaging. We are not obligated to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse a refund in this case and return such products to the customer or ask the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the expense of the customer.
